Right Age For Women To Get Pregnant

In any woman�s life, pregnancy is the most wonderful and enchanting experience and all women without any exception will look forward to becoming a mother of a beautiful child. Once you are pregnant, there will be a whole lot of changes taking place in your body and you should also be hale and healthy to under go your pregnancy cycle successfully.

Further, during your first pregnancy you have to be doubly cautious, as this is the stage where you will get confused more and will not be able to adapt easily to the changes happening in your body. According to various studies that established the facts, the right age for women to get pregnant is between the ages of 18 and 35, as this is the age group in which women will be both physiologically and psychologically ready and fit. When you fall under this particular age group, you will be strong enough, both biologically and mentally, to handle the stress arising out of your pregnancy. Though getting pregnant beyond your 35 years of age is also possible, you may be prone to more of complications related to pregnancy and childbirth.

Now if you start wondering as whether or not to get pregnant beyond your age of 35, then the possible answer could be both Yes and No. There are different opinions with regard to women getting pregnant after their age of 35, and one set of experts say that it is always better to stop conceiving after this age. However, another set of experts opine that healthy women can still go for pregnancy and child birth even beyond their age of 35, as the health concerns vary with various women and the right age for pregnancy could not be fixed at all.

Studies have proved that those women who have started ovulating early and leading an unhealthy life are more prone to complicated pregnancies and children born with deformities and birth defects. Similarly women who start ovulating late and leading a healthy life style are more suited for late pregnancy and they can still deliver healthy babies. Hence, the right age for you to get pregnant has to be decided after taking into account various factors and after a thorough consultation with your doctor.
